Being busy and being invisible are not the same thing.

Around four out of five people searching for a business like yours are looking for the job, not for your name. I find out where you actually come up, fix what is putting you there, and build the site that makes them ring you instead of the next one down.

What invisible looks like

Nobody scrolls to eleventh.

When somebody searches for the work you do, one box appears above everything else, and it holds three businesses. This is roughly what it looks like when you are not one of the three. The gap is the whole problem, and it is the part you cannot see from inside your own business.

An illustration, not a report. The names are invented on purpose — I will not put a real local company's position on a public page. On a call I show you your own, live.

What I do

Getting found, and being the one they ring.

Two halves of the same problem, and most businesses need both. You can buy either on its own.

01

Local search visibility

Where you come up when somebody searches for the work you do. Your Google listing, your details everywhere they appear, and the pages on your site that decide it.

  • Your listing rebuilt properly, categories and services
  • Details matched across every platform that carries them
  • Duplicate and fake listings found and reported
  • Ten real searches re-run monthly so you can see it move
$750 a month, no contract See a listing before and after

Websites

Fast, plain sites built to be found and to make the phone ring. A page for each job you do and each town you cover, which is the part almost every trade site is missing.

  • A page per service and a page per town
  • Your details matching your listing character for character
  • Built to load in under a second on a phone
  • Yours outright, no monthly rental

Everything else on this page is in service of one moment: somebody went looking, and it was you they rang.

How it goes

Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.

  1. A call, fifteen minutes

I show you where you actually come up for the searches that matter. Free, and you keep the numbers either way.

  2. The written assessment

$300. Everything I found, your three closest competitors, and what to do in what order. Yours whether you carry on or not.

  3. The work

$750 a month for the search side, $1,500 once for a website. The assessment comes off your first month.

  4. You see it move, or you stop

Month to month, cancel by email. I write down where you started so there is no argument about what changed.

Who you would be dealing with

There are two of us, and I do the work.

My name is James Simer and there are two of us. Cohen is usually the one who rings first and books the time in; that is the only part of this I do not do myself. Everything after that is mine: the assessment, the listing, the site, the searches every month. No account manager, no call centre, and the person who looks at your listing is the person who fixes it.

I am seventeen, which I would rather tell you here than have you find out later. Everything on this site can be checked on your own phone in about two minutes, and I would genuinely rather you checked it than took my word.

Worth fifteen minutes?

I will run the searches on your business and show you where you come up. If the answer is that you are already doing fine, I will say so.
