Terms
Short, readable, and honest about the limits. If something here is unclear, ask before you agree to it rather than after.
A monthly service intended to improve how consistently and accurately your business is represented across the sources search engines draw on, and where relevant the website I build for you.
Work typically includes assessing how your business currently appears in the map results and in ordinary search; correcting your Google Business Profile; making your name, address and phone consistent across the places they appear; and building out pages for the services you offer and the towns you cover.
The work. If the work agreed for a given month is not completed, that month is not charged.
That is a promise about something within my control, and it is the only kind worth making here.
Any specific ranking, position, placement, volume of traffic, number of leads, or amount of revenue.
Nobody controls how Google orders its results and nobody can see the full ordering logic. Any provider guaranteeing a position is guessing or misrepresenting, whatever their contract says.
The written assessment is three hundred dollars, charged once. The monthly service is seven hundred and fifty dollars per month. A website is fifteen hundred dollars, charged once.
Where an assessment is followed by the monthly service, the three hundred dollars is credited against the first month.
There is no setup fee and no minimum term. Invoices are due on receipt.
Either of us may end the monthly service at any time by email. It stops at the end of the month already paid for. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
On cancellation, any access I hold to your accounts is given up on request. Your Google Business Profile, your domain and your website remain yours throughout and are never held as leverage.
I do not write reviews, solicit reviews on your behalf, incentivise reviews, or filter negative ones.
These practices breach Google's policies and can result in the permanent removal of a business listing. That harm cannot be undone by a refund, which is why this is absolute rather than a preference.
The work requires Manager access to your Google Business Profile, and where website changes are needed, access to your website or hosting.
Access is used for the agreed work only. It is not used to alter billing, ownership, or anything unrelated to the work.
Any website built for you is yours outright from the day it goes live, including the code and the content. It is not rented, licensed back to you, or withheld.
Written assessments are yours to keep, share, or hand to another provider, whether or not you continue.
Your figures, your rankings and anything you tell me about your business are not shared, published, or used as a case study without your written agreement.
Where this site refers to businesses I have researched, they are either unnamed or fictional.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
They are written in plain language deliberately. If anything here is unclear, ask before agreeing to it rather than after.
