The bit people ask about

You never pay twice for the same work.

Start with the $300 assessment. If you carry on afterwards it comes straight off, so month one is $450 rather than $750. If you do not carry on, you keep the document and the plan in it, and you are welcome to hand it to somebody else or do the work yourself.

  • No setup fee, ever
  • No contract and no notice period
  • No price rise while you are a client
  • If the agreed work is not done, that month is not charged

Straight answers

What is and is not promised.

What exactly is guaranteed?

The work. If the work agreed for a month is not completed, that month is not charged. That is a promise about something I control.

And what is not?

Any ranking, position, traffic, lead or revenue outcome. Nobody controls Google's ordering. If somebody guarantees you first place, that is the moment to end the conversation.

How do I cancel?

Send an email. It stops at the end of that month. No notice period and nothing to argue about.

Who owns the website?

You do, outright, from the day it goes live. It is not rented and it is not held over you.

What do you need from me?

Manager access to your Google listing, and website access if changes are needed there. Nothing else.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Some people take the $300 assessment and do the work themselves, which is a perfectly good outcome.

How do I actually pay?

An invoice by email, paid by bank transfer. Nothing is ever taken automatically and there is no card kept on file.

None of it starts with a payment.

It starts with fifteen minutes on the phone, where I tell you where you come up and what is wrong with it. You keep those numbers whether you buy anything or not.
