Do not take my word for any of it.

Everything below is either published by somebody else and named, or something you can check on your own phone. The evidence that argues against hiring me is here too.

What actually decides the order

Reviews decide less than people think

Checked directly in Yukon in August 2026. Every line is verifiable from your phone right now.

1stAir conditioning repair56 reviews
3rdAir conditioning repair1,054 reviews
4thElectrician40 reviews
18thElectrician43 reviews

Fifty six reviews sitting above a thousand. Two electricians with nearly identical counts, fourteen places apart. If reviews decided this, none of that could happen.

And it moves on its own

Three roofing companies, same searches, four days apart. Nobody touched anything.

—Company A4th → 2nd → 6th
—Company B9th → 5th
—Company C7th → 4th

That is ordinary background movement, and it is the honest reason this is monthly work rather than a single fix.

Someone checking a search on their phone

Two minutes

Check where you come up, yourself.

You do not need me for this part, and you do not need to take my word for any of it. Do it on your own phone, standing where you are, before you speak to anybody at all. Whatever number you land on is yours to keep.

  1. Search like a customer

Type what you do and your town. Roof repair Yukon. AC repair Edmond. Not your business name.

  2. Look at the map results

Google shows three before anyone has to tap for more.

  3. Count down to yourself

That number is the whole answer. If you are not on the first screen, that is what I fix.

Read this bit

The arguments against hiring me.

Some of this you can do yourself

Fixing your hours takes two minutes and it is your listing. Answering your reviews is free. If that is all you need, do it tonight and keep your money. What is not a two minute job is keeping it right month after month while everything drifts.

Nobody can guarantee you a position

Not me, not anyone. Google does not publish its ordering and changes it constantly. Anyone who guarantees you first place is either guessing or lying, and it is worth knowing that before you spend money rather than after.

A website on its own may not move you

If your listing is the thing holding you back, a new site will not fix it, and I would rather say so before you spend fifteen hundred dollars than after. Some businesses need the search work and no new site at all. I will tell you which one you are on the call, including when that is the cheaper answer.

If you are already in the top three, you do not need me

And I will tell you that on the call. It has happened more than once.

Hold me to this too

How to tell if someone is lying to you about this.

You are going to get called about this by people who are not me. Some of it will be nonsense and it is genuinely hard to tell from the outside. Here is what I would check, and yes, run the same list over me.

They guarantee you a ranking or a position.

Nobody controls Google's ordering. Anyone promising a specific position is either guessing or lying, and there is no third option. Including me, which is why you will not find that promise anywhere on this site.

They show you a scary screenshot but not the exact search.

Ask what they typed, word for word, and on what. If you cannot reproduce the result yourself in a minute, treat it as decoration rather than evidence.

They quote the two point seven times more reputable statistic as current.

It comes from Google research that is several years old now and gets recycled constantly without anybody re-checking it. It is directional at best and it is not a finding about your business.

They sell you an llms.txt file.

One study logged 408 requests for that file across more than five hundred million AI crawler visits. No major AI company has committed to reading it. There is one on this site because it cost nothing. It should not be on your invoice.

They lead with schema markup.

Worth doing and cheap, so I do it. But in my own checks a business with no markup at all was named in three of four searches while the business with the best markup in the metro was named in none. It is a small lever being sold as a large one.

They will not tell you the price until a discovery call.

Mine is three hundred dollars for the written assessment, seven fifty a month for the search work, and fifteen hundred for a website. All three are on the pricing page. There is no version of this where the price being a secret benefits you.

They promise leads or revenue figures from AI search.

Most AI referral traffic arrives with no referrer data at all, and for a trade the conversion is usually a phone call nobody is tracking. Anyone reporting a precise figure has estimated it and is not telling you that.

They found you by driving past.

Anybody who turns up unannounced has not looked at your listing, which means they have nothing specific to tell you about it. Ask them what position you are in. They will not know.

So run that list over me.

Ask me for the exact searches. Ask what I cannot promise. If anything on this page does not hold up when you check it, I would genuinely rather you told me than quietly moved on.
